She has extensive experience in strategic planning, program/project design and management, partnership development, grant management, monitoring and evaluation, research and data analysis, training design and delivery and technical and non-technical writing for publication.She also has a proven track record in all aspects of grant development including program design, proposal writing and budgeting, team development and management and negotiations with donors.
