Dr. Smith-Estelle is a global health professional with more than 20 years of experience in gender-based violence, reproductive/sexual health, and health and human rights. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, program/project design and management, partnership development, grant management, monitoring and evaluation, research and data analysis, training design and delivery and technical and non-technical writing for publication.She also has a proven track record in all aspects of grant development including program design, proposal writing and budgeting, team development and management and negotiations with donors.
